Rich Sissen owned and operated a full copier dealership, American Copy Systems, in St. Louis, Missouri from 1978 until 1994, when he sold his business to pursue a consulting career in the office document and equipment industry.
Rich launched “Sissen and Associates,” in 1994 to help those in the industry recruit and select quality people. With over thirty years of experience in the office equipment industry, Rich and his management consulting firm specialize in helping businesses in their employee selection process to hire, “The Right Person, On The Right Job, On The Right Team.”
Sissen and Associates specializes in building management teams by training and developing their skills and knowledge in Recruiting, Selecting, Training & Development, Managing and Motivating team members.
In January 2014, Sissen and Associates partnered with the company, Avatara to bring to the dealer community a total IT and MS cloud program.
